Six of us started at six. Tide was low, the light was kind, the smell was not. We filled four of the big sacks in the first hour.
The thing that gets me every time isn't the volume, it's the sameness — the same caps, the same sachets, the same five brands on repeat down a kilometre of sand. You stop blaming shoppers pretty quickly.
