Spent forty-five minutes on a rainy Sunday just hitting unsubscribe. Did not replace the habit with anything. Did not download an inbox cleaner app. Just the button, forty-one times.

Do the same with TikTok's 'For You' by tapping 'not interested' on every shopping haul. Took a week. Feed reset.

41 is wild. I just did mine — 63. Some of these I don't remember signing up for. I think one of them was a checkout on a plane.
